Terms of use
BIDWOK is an early access product for researching public procurement records. By using it, you agree to use the records lawfully and to keep source attribution intact when you reuse them.
BIDWOK is provided without a warranty of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. The data is incomplete and can contain errors or duplicates. Check the source before you rely on a record for a bid, a contract decision or a public statement.
Nothing in the product is legal, financial or procurement advice. A fit result compares a notice with what you've told us, and it doesn't predict whether you'd win. A report stays a draft until someone in your workspace approves it.
You may not use the service to:
- Break a law or a source licence.
- Attempt to access another workspace or another person's account.
- Scrape, overload or probe the service without permission.
- Present an unverified record as confirmed fact.
- Remove source attribution from reused public records.
Privacy
We store what's needed to run your workspace: your name, email address, a hash of your password, your business profile, saved records, notes, requirements, reports, checks and activity logs. We never store your password itself. Records you add stay private to your workspace unless you ask us to review them for sharing.
The only cookie keeps you signed in. BIDWOK doesn't include third-party analytics, advertising trackers or payment scripts.
If you send us a request from the pricing page, we store it so we can reply. We don't collect card details.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your account data by emailing privacy-bidwok@aetherai.pro or through the contact form. Include the email address on your account. Some audit records may be retained to investigate abuse or a security incident.
Corrections
Send a correction with the record reference, the source URL and the change you believe is needed. A correction is checked against the published source. If the source itself is wrong, the record keeps the source value and the correction note rather than silently replacing it.
Use the contact form and start the message with "Correction".
Source attribution
Procurement records shown in BIDWOK come from the World Bank Group. Each record keeps a source link and a capture date. BIDWOK isn't endorsed by the World Bank.

Public records remain subject to their publishers' terms. BIDWOK doesn't redistribute source documents as downloadable files.
